Questions
What happens when the power is out?
Battery motors keep working; wired motors resume position on restore. Schedules are stored in the motor, not the cloud.
How often do batteries charge?
About once a year with typical use, via a discreet USB-C point. We offer a solar trickle option for tall windows.
Can I retrofit my existing Urban Blinds?
Most of our manual blinds accept a motor upgrade inside the existing tube.
